Capabilities

Creating plastic and/or rubber components of all sizes/shapes. Parts can be made from a single material, molded over a base material, or be a blend of 2 different materials.

Molten plastic gets put into a hollow tool (mold) and is then subjected to either high pressure air (blow molding) or is rotated through all directions (rotational or roto molding) with the end part being hollow.

Fast/inexpensive method of making thin plastic components of relatively simple shape. Process heats up a sheet of plastic which then form fits around a wooden mold and then hardens. Commonly used for packaging.

Creation of open or closed tube lengths of plastic/foam/rubber materials.

Machine cutting almost any material into almost any shape from a solid block of raw material, can be used for production volumes down to prototype orders.

In-house capabilities/equipment enable us to weld most steel/aluminum components and we have the staff/equipment to robotically weld, artistic/high end hand weld, down to simple/structurally sound welding (non aesthetic).

Assembly process used for connecting plastic components which creates a permanent bond between the components without the cost of using screws or glues. This is ideal for high volume production when possible.

Surface treatments for aesthetic and anti-corrosion purposes of all varieties, from durable powder coating to high quality painting are available in house, along with electroplating processes such as zinc/chrome/nickel/black phosphate coatings (and many more!).

Complex Aluminum and Zinc components for high production volume require casting, where a mold is made and liquid metal is injected/poured into the mold and the part cools to make it’s final shape. Post molding machining is also commonly done.

Products containing moving mechanical parts and/or covers and require electronic boards/motors/sensors, from small batch orders to high volume production.

Virtually any metal fastener (screws/bolts/nuts/rivets/spacers/etc) for use in any application.

Regardless of your product, we have the capabilities to design/manufacture any wooden/foam/cardboard (corrugate) design that is required, along with any modular packaging/holding materials needed to ensure your products safety in transportation.
